SATELLAI APP Privacy Policy

At SATELLAI, we respect the privacy rights of all individuals and we believe in making privacy easy for our mobile app users. We collect and use information in our app. This Privacy Policy describes how we manage your personal information for products and services provided by SATELLAI ("we", "our" or "us"). This Privacy Policy also applies to personal information that is processed on mobile applications, services, and products (such as the SATELLAI App and its bundled products like SATELLAI Tracker, SATELLAI Collar).
When and how we collect personal information
The following are examples of how and when we collect personal information. In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Such personal information may include, but is not limited to the information you upload or provide to us and information we obtain through your SATELLAI App as described below.

• You register or activate your SATELLAI App.
• You use our fence feature. You upload or post to the SATELLAI App.

• You use our online services on your phone or with the SATELLAI App.
• You update our SATELLAI App.
• You track the location of your pet.
• You track the health and activities of your pet.
Types of personal information we collect
App
• Contact details. Your user name, email address, [ your login information including your password.
• Pet information, including but not limited to Pet’s name, age, breed, and the sex of your pet, activity data. (Do pets have privacy rights?)
• Location information. Your precise location information when you enable it through your device operating system.
• Your fences. The fences you create and store in the SATELLAI App.
App
• Information about your SATELLAI products. Your product’s serial number, firmware version, log files, settings, durations, error rates, fences you have created and stored, whether your pet is inside or out of the fence, your pet’s location, your pet’s activity data and health status and other similar usage information.
• Information about your personal devices. The type of device you connect to or monitor through the Service, your devices’ unique device ID, the IP address of your devices, your operating systems, the type of internet browsers you use, information about the way you use the Services and activity on your network that the Services monitor, MAC address and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to device when you access the Internet.
• Location information. We collect precise location information regarding the location of the product. This provides you with the ability to know where your pet is.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires we disclose the type of personal information we’ve collected on California residents in the past 12 months. In the past 12 months, we’ve collected the same types of data stated above.
How we use your personal information
Privacy law requires that businesses only use personal information for certain reasons. We use the personal information that you give and we collect for the following purposes:
Provide our products and services
• Provide the services you request like creating, activating, managing, sharing or downloading fences, tracking your pets, providing health alerts of your pets, and tailored care tips to your pets, health and activity tracking of your pets.

• Provide confirmation emails to verify your username and password, contact you regarding the status of troubleshoot app or device-specific uses and pet tracking requests.
• Improve our products and services, troubleshoot any issues you may have creating or managing fences, and troubleshoot any issues you may have using our products or services.
• Sending you email updates about new features, products, and services.

How we share your personal informationWe may share data with vendors or third parties who:
• Facilitate product purchases and promotions.
• Perform app analytics.
• Help us communicate with you.
• Manage our advertising & marketing.
• Provision of IT, cloud and related services.
In addition, we may share information:
• To government or law enforcement officials in response to a lawful request by a public authority or in order to comply with a legal obligation, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
• In order to apply or enforce our terms of use, or to respond to any claims, to protect our rights or the rights of a third party, to protect the safety of any person or to prevent any illegal activity (including for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction).
• As part of a business transition. In the event that SATELLAI is sold or transferred, or in the event that substantially all of our assets are sold or transferred to a third party, the Service and any personal information collected by us, will be among the transferred assets.

California Residents The California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA” gives California residents certain rights with respect to their personal information. If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
1. Request a notice identifying the categories of your Personal Information which we share for business purposes and third parties marketing purposes. We’ve provided all this information above.
2. Request to know more about the specific pieces and categories of personal information we collect, use, sell and disclose.
3. Request we delete your personal information.
4. Opt out of the “sale” of your personal information.
a. SATELLAI does not ‘sell’ personal information for monetary gain. Regardless, you may still choose to opt-out of advertising services by referring to our list of advertising services above for company-specific choices, or visit http://optout.aboutads.info to exercise an industry-wide opt-out. You may also reject or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Security
We have implemented reasonable security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. It is important that you understand, however, that no website, Internet-connected device or online platform is completely secure. We cannot anticipate all potential misuse of your information, and as a result, cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.
Our products and services are not directed to children under 16 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 13) years of age. We don’t seek or intend to seek to receive any personal information from minors. Should a parent or guardian have reasons to believe that a minor has provided us with personal information without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that the personal information is removed and the minor unsubscribes from any of the applicable services. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children under 16 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 13) and we do not obtain permission from a parent, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the minor’s account.
Retention Policy
We retain personal information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our products, and services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws. We shall cease to retain personal information, or remove the means by which the personal information can be associated with particular individuals, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which that personal information was collected is no longer being served by retention of the personal information.
Third Party Terms and Conditions
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to products and services offered by a third party. Our Products and Services may include third parties’ products, services and links to third parties’ websites. When you use such products or services, they may collect your information too. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you read the third party’s privacy policy as you have taken time to read ours. We are not responsible for and cannot control how third parties use personal information which they collect from you. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites linked from our Services.

We keep our Privacy Policy under regular review and may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you use the products or services after the updated Privacy Policy is posted. If, at any point, you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy then in effect, you must immediately stop using the products and services. We will put the effective date of the latest version at the top of each policy.
