Program Overview

1.Deposit

• A $40 deposit is required
• The deposit is fully refundable upon approval of your submission

2.Trial Period

• The trial period lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
• If no submission is made within 30 days, the deposit will not be refunded, and you will keep the product.
• Submissions must be completed within the 30-day trial period to qualify for a full refund.

3.Submission Requirements

• A written review based on your real experience

• Photos and/or videos of the product in use

4.Content Guidelines

• Reflect real usage of the product
• Include meaningful and clear information
• Be created by yourself

5.Review & Approval

• All submissions will be reviewed by SATELLAI
• Refunds are issued only after approval
• SATELLAI reserves the right to determine eligibility

• Approved submissions will receive a full refund of the deposit
• Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days
• Note: The 7-10 business days refer to SATELLAI's refund processing cycle. The actual time for the refund to arrive in your account depends on the processing time of your bank or payment platform (usually an additional 1–5 business days).
