l  our products are not veterinary devices;

l  our services and products do not provide veterinary, medical, emergency, rescue, or law enforcement services;

l  location, activity, health-related insights, alerts, and notifications may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable;

l  use of a smart collar does not guarantee pet safety, recovery, health outcomes, or prevention of loss, injury, theft, or harm.

You remain solely responsible for:

l  supervising, caring for, and protecting your pet;

l  ensuring that any collar or device is suitable, properly fitted, and safely used;

l  monitoring your pet for discomfort, irritation, injury, or abnormal behavior while using the device;

l  seeking professional veterinary or emergency assistance when appropriate;

l  complying with all local laws, leash requirements, animal welfare rules, and safety obligations.

You should stop using the device and consult a qualified professional if you believe the device may be causing discomfort or other issues for your pet.

PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND BILLING

Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including in cases involving: pricing or typographical errors, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, product unavailability and violations of these Terms.

Pricing. Prices, product descriptions, promotions, taxes, shipping charges, and availability may change at any time without notice, except where notice is required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal. Some features of our products may be offered on a subscription basis. If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fees and taxes on a periodic basis.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel according to the instructions provided in your account, purchase flow, app store settings, or subscription terms.

If you cancel, your subscription may remain active until the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid may be non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, the language of the arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

If any of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
