The retail price for the SATELLAI Tracker is $249. As thanks for your early support, the $1 reservation will let you get the SATELLAI Tracker for an exclusive low price of $149 once it launches, a savings of $100 compared to the retail price and $20 cheaper than the Super Early Bird price.
2. If I purchase the reservation and then change my mind, can I get a refund?
You can request a refund for your $1 reservation at any time before the SATELLAI Tracker launches.
Email support@satellai.com from the same email address used to pay your discount and we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please be aware, once the product officially launches, reservation refunds will no longer be available. Than you for your understanding and support!
3. Is there a limit to the quantity of product reservations I can purchase?
There is no specific limit to the total number of reservations you may purchase. However, please be aware that each reservation is only valid for one SATELLAI Tracker. The number of reservations should match the number of units you wish to purchase. If you plan to purchase two or more SATELLAI Trackers, please make sure you pay separate deposits for each one.

7. How does the SATELLAI Tracker work?
The SATELLAI Tracker will be securely worn by your dog via a harness. It has a built-in satellite modem that allows it to communicate with Global Navigation Positioning Satellites, including the GPS constellation, to accurately relay your dog's location virtually anywhere. This allows the tracker to function even when not in range of a cellular network tower. In the event of an emergency, the SATELLAI Tracker may also be used to send an SOS message via satellite network. The SATELLAI Tracker will also record your dog's activity, rest, and other metrics via the SATELLAI app. Note: A subscription plan is required for certain functions. While the SATELLAI Tracker does not require a cellular network to transmit its location, a mobile device will require a signal in order to receive the location.
