Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed within 48 to 72 hours.
  • Please note that orders placed during public holidays may experience delays, depending on the holiday and our fulfillment schedule.
  • If we experience unusually high order volumes, we will notify you of any delays via email.

Please note that the following situations are not covered under the standard fulfillment timeframe:

  • The item is part of a pre-order;
  • The product was out of stock at the time of your order;
  • Unexpected delays due to logistics, warehouse constraints, or force majeure (e.g., holidays, weather disruptions).

In such cases, we will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available and will keep you informed with updated timelines.
