Your SATELLAI Collar Go comes with an e-sim that automatically connects to the best available cellular network to reliably share your pet’s location and sync data in virtually any location. All related data costs are already included in your telecom plan, giving you unlimited global coverage with no extra fees.

Where can I buy a telecom plan?

When you receive your SATELLAI Collar Go and get ready to use it, you can easily purchase the telecom plan directly in the mobile app during setup. Each Collar Go requires its own telecom plan to work properly.

When does my telecom plan start？

Your telecom plan becomes active as soon as you complete the purchase in the app.

If I have multiple SATELLAI Collar Gos, do I need to buy a telecom plan for each one?

Yes. Each SATELLAI Collar Go requires its own telecom plan to ensure it can connect to the network and work independently.

Which telecom plan can I choose for my SATELLAI Collar Go?

You can choose between different telecom plans. The billing cycle depends on the plan you select:
- 6-Month Plan: Billed once every 6 months at the beginning of the telecom plan period.
- 1-Year Plan: Billed once every 1 year at the beginning of the telecom plan period.
- 2-Year Plan: Billed once every 2 years at the beginning of the  telecom plan period.
