SATELLAI Collar Go uses GPS/LTE technology and connects to the best available mobile network to provide location data everywhere your pet goes.

What health data does SATELLAI Collar Go monitor?

The SATELLAI Collar Go provides insights into your dog's health and activity, logging them throughout the day. These insights include how much your dog moves, what the active times are, how much your dog rests, common rest times to help you better understand your dog’s daily habits and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Will the SATETLLAI Collar Go fit my dog?

The SATELLAI Collar Go is suitable for dogs that weigh 4kg (8.8 lbs) and above.

You can choose size M or L based on your dog’s neck circumference.

(1)M size fits dogs with necks measuring 33cm–46cm (13"–18"), such as Beagles, Bichons, Border Collies, Boston Terriers, and more.

(2)L size fits dogs with necks measuring 43cm–66cm (17"–26"), such as American Bulldogs, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and more.

Do I need to buy a telecom plan for the SATELLAI Collar Go?

Yes. The SATELLAI Collar Go comes with an e-sim that automatically connects to the best available cellular network to reliably share your pet’s location and sync data in virtually any location. All related data costs are already included in your telecom plan, giving you unlimited global coverage with no extra fees. More information.

How many virtual boundaries can I create?

You can create an unlimited number of virtual boundaries. 

What happens if my dog leaves the virtual boundary area?

When your dog run crosses the virtual boundary, you’ll receive an escape alert on your mobile phone. Please note that the SATELLAI Collar Go itself does not send any feedback to your dog. If you’d like your dog to receive tone, vibration, or static feedback when approaching or leaving the fence, please consider the SATELLAI Collar, which supports these training features.

What does "Coming Soon" mean on the page, and when will these features be available?

“Coming Soon” means these features are not yet available but are scheduled for release by the end of December 2025. You’ll be able to access them through an OTA (over-the-air) software update, allowing you to upgrade and enjoy the new features directly from your device, with no new hardware required.
