When you receive your SATELLAI Collar and get ready to use it, you can easily purchase the telecom plan directly in the app during setup. Each Collar requires its own telecom plan to work properly.

When does my telecom plan start？

Your telecom plan becomes active as soon as you complete the purchase in the app.
