Keeping My Dog Safe on 10 Acres Without Constant Worry
—— from Polly
I have about 10 acres, and I can’t keep an eye on my dog every second, especially with so much open space around.
I set up a virtual boundary mainly because I was worried about him getting too close to the highway. Knowing I’d be alerted if he went too far has made a big difference.
Now, even when I’m inside the house, I can just check my phone and see exactly where he is—most of the time he’s just hanging out by the barn.
It really takes a huge weight off my mind and makes it so much easier to let him be outside without constantly worrying.
